Consciens is building a Company Brain that captures how an organization actually thinks and connects that knowledge to the AI tools its team uses.
I work as a contractor and core member of the internal team. My contribution includes the database, embedding system, retrieval, caching, AI context management, API and MCP routes, and the connection between those systems and the frontend. The product is still in development, with a beta planned.

A custom author platform for a New Adult fantasy series, with its own visual identity, book and character pages, and a content system the author can update without editing page code.
Local services / wellness
A warm, straightforward website for a sound and yoga practitioner in Colorado Springs, with events, offerings, editorial content, and booking built into the visitor experience.
Three product builds that each reached an initial MVP in under a week, then got hardened with tests, documentation, security work, CI, and deployment support. Alongside them, open research systems in model engineering and data, published with their methodology, evaluation, and limitations.

A reasoning-distillation system that trains small Qwen3 models on genomic variant classification, with verifier-guided data filtering and a full evaluation pipeline.

An open data and research system that scores how countries are equipped to handle political and economic stress, with a reproducible pipeline and a public country atlas.
